Depending on whether thick or thin julienne is to be prepared, cutting widths of 2.5×2.5, 4×4, 6×6, 8×8 and 10×10 mm are available.
Apples, carrots, chocolate, cheese or similar can be grated effortlessly with the help of these grating discs to a diameter of 2, 3, 4 or 7 mm. The ADE S series also includes special discs for grating hash browns and mozzarella. The series also has a solution for grating parmesan, nuts, rusks and potatoes to a fine diameter of approx. 2 mm – the special S-VG knife.
