In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:
Credit card (Stripe)
When you place your order, you also send us your credit card details.
After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction shortly after the order is placed. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is charged.
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Bank transfer / purchase in advance
Easy and convenient for companies and institutions:
You transfer the amount due for the ordered goods in advance and your order will only be shipped after receipt of payment. This payment method is ideal for all customers who cannot or do not want to pay by credit card, Paypal or purchase on account (with Klarna).
If you specify the payment method “bank transfer”, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of receipt of your order and all necessary information for the payment after completion of your order.

Purchase on account with Klarna
If you select Klarna as your payment method, you only pay for the goods after receipt.
Once your details have been verified and your order has been authorised, we will send you an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been dispatched, Klarna will send you an email with all payment information.
Please settle your Klarna invoice within 14 days (from the invoice date). So that your payment can be correctly allocated at Klarna, please do not forget to state the reason for payment.
Of course, you can return products if you do not like them. You will then only pay the amount of the items you keep. You can find more details about returning with Klarna here or you can also view everything else directly in your Klarna account.
Please note that Klarna is an independent billing company. Waagen-Schmitt has no influence if your payment with Klarna is rejected. If you have repeated difficulties with the purchase on account, please contact Klarna customer service directly.
