The manual flywheel machines of the Prosciutto series, with their large cutting area and the continuously adjustable cutting thickness, enable a perfect, extremely fine cut of Parma ham, Serrano ham, etc. All parts with clippings in contact are made of rust-free stainless steel or of food-approved plastic and thus ensure easy compliance with hygienic standards.
