With the Julienne cutting discs for the ADE vegetable cutting machines, carrots, celery, beets, cucumbers, kohlrabi, pumpkins and the like are easily cut into rectangular strips. Depending on whether thick or thin julienne is to be prepared, cutting widths of 2.5×2.5, 4×4, 6×6, 8×8 and 10×10 mm are available.
Apples, carrots, chocolate, cheese or similar can be grated effortlessly with the help of these grating discs to a diameter of 2, 3, 4 or 7 mm. The ADE S series also includes special discs for grating hash browns and mozzarella. The series also has a solution for grating parmesan, nuts, rusks and potatoes to a fine diameter of approx. 2 mm – the special S-VG knife.
