This meat grinder with a capacity of up to 300 kg is ideal for gently chopping large quantities of meat. The five-part Unger cutting set, consisting of a pre-cutter, two knives and two perforated discs (Ø 82 mm) with standard hole diameters of 3 and 7.8 mm, ensures optimal chopping of the meat. The housing, cutting set, screw, cylinder, filling and collecting bowl are made of stainless steel and can be quickly dismantled for easy cleaning.
