The manual flywheel machines of the Prosciutto series, with their large cutting area and the continuously adjustable cutting thickness, enable a perfect, extremely fine cut of Parma ham, Serrano ham, etc. All parts with clippings in contact are made of rust-free stainless steel or of food-approved plastic and thus ensure easy compliance with hygienic standards. The dark red finish is the classic, but they are also a real eye-catcher in elegant black.

  • Large cutting area for original Italian mortadella, various cooked, smoked and raw sausages, hot and cold boneless meat, cheese and bread
  • All parts that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel or food-grade plastic
  • Cutting thickness adjustment in up to 12 degrees of fineness:PROSCIUTTO 300: 0–2 mm/ PROSCIUTTO 330: 0–3 mm/ PROSCIUTTO 370: 0–4 mm
  • Integrated sharpening device for perfect precision sharpening
